Over 60 years ago, our founder Glenda began selling produce, flowers, pumpkins, and Christmas trees from a small roadside stand in Livonia - actually a parachute. What started as a small family business quickly took root - growing season after season into the thriving garden center and nursery we’re proud of today.

In 1982, Glenda’s son and business partner, Chris, expanded the business by founding Panoramic Landscaping. With the same commitment to care and quality, Panoramic became the landscaping division that compliments Glenda’s - handling everything from single tree installations to full outdoor transformations. Together, Glenda’s and Panoramic work hand-in-hand to bring beauty and function to every outdoor space.

Today, while Panoramic continues to meet the landscaping needs of our community, Glenda’s Garden Center remains the heart of our family business. From vibrant annuals and perennials to trees, shrubs, and garden décor, Glenda’s is where generations of customers have come to grow their gardens, find inspiration, and feel at home.
